Before any dashboard can be built or KPI framework established for your operations analysis, we conduct a Data Readiness Assessment as the first step of every engagement. This is not an assumption that your data is clean or complete — it is a structured process to understand exactly what you have, what condition it is in, and what we need to build or capture before analysis can begin.
For operations analysis, we will need access to your operational reporting, your financial data (budget documents, expense records, AP/AR), and the platforms your team uses to run the business. We assess all three together because operational performance is rarely visible from any one source alone
Effective analysis requires access to your actual systems and data. At the start of every engagement, we will request read-level access to the platforms and reports relevant to your analysis scope.
