The OPS Flow is a Real Estate Analysis & Advisory Group. We specialize in analyzing the workflows, operations, finances, and technology of real estate companies ; and translating what we find into clear data, actionable recommendations, and measurable improvements.

I founded The OPS Flow because I spent nearly a decade inside real estate operations ; managing multi-site property portfolios, directing capital improvement projects, coordinating vendors and contractors, overseeing budget cycles, and working through the regulatory complexity of government-funded housing. I have seen firsthand what happens when a real estate business grows faster than its systems can support.

What I kept noticing was the same pattern everywhere; talented teams, real potential, and an enormous gap between the data a business was generating and the decisions being made from it. Processes undocumented. Finances unclear. Technology underused. And no one with the specific combination of real estate knowledge and analytical expertise to close that gap.

That is the work I built The OPS Flow to do.

My experience spans property management, real estate finance, construction operations, and compliance ; across organizations ranging from private property management firms to government housing authorities. I understand the full operational lifecycle of a real estate business; from the vendor invoice to the owner report, from the maintenance request to the capital budget, from the leasing workflow to the regulatory audit.
