I founded The OPS Flow because I spent nearly a decade inside real estate operations ; managing multi-site property portfolios, directing capital improvement projects, coordinating vendors and contractors, overseeing budget cycles, and working through the regulatory complexity of government-funded housing. I have seen firsthand what happens when a real estate business grows faster than its systems can support.
What I kept noticing was the same pattern everywhere; talented teams, real potential, and an enormous gap between the data a business was generating and the decisions being made from it.
